The location of the hotel is quite central, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. the hotel offers basic amenities for budget travellers, including clean sheets and basic bathroom facilities. the hotel staff is friendly and accommodating.
Our Easter stay at this hotel was disappointing. the hotel itself is located on a steep hill, making it difficult to access.

Very helpful and friendly staff.
The new hotel being built directly below spoils both views and sleep. The hotel has very steep steps to the side to enter, not good for elderly.

I recently had a great time at this hotel in Shimla. the prices were very reasonable, especially considering it was a peak season. The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained, with a small balcony overlooking the breathtaking mountains. The hotel's location was perfect, right on the mall road and very close to parking. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast during my stay. this hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail.
Everything was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

Good location just off the main mall. Good size room with small table, chairs and balcony. friendly staff. They organised our bus tickets and offered local tours.
Hotel provided room service but no restaurant area which would have been nice. Ensuite bathroom with hot water but no shower which i would have expected! Lovely view in the distance across the valley but immediately infront/below another hotel was being built which spoilt it. No wifi though it did seem to be in short supply generally in Shimla.

We were able to receive outstanding hospitality during our stay, as the staff was not only very polite but also super helpful. They even assisted us with room service dinner, early morning tea, and a cloakroom facility. Additionally, this hotel offers affordable pricing for a triple room and is one of the few properties in the city that allows three adults in one room. Furthermore, the hotel's location on the main road and its proximity to parking made it a convenient choice for transportation.
Hard to think of anything.

Had a fun Christmas vacation in the mountains! Loved the cozy fireplace in the lobby and the stunning mountain views from my room. The hotel’s location was perfect - close to the main shopping area and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always happy to help with any requests.
The breakfast buffet was quite basic with limited options. The rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating to match the grandeur of the hotel's exterior. a great stay for the price, but could use a little improvement in certain aspects.

This budget hotel has a convenient location near the bustling Delhi markets, making it easy to grab some great souvenirs. Guests can also enjoy a meal at the outside restaurant with nice mixed vegetables and tawa roti. the hotel also provides comfortable beds with hot water geysers in the bathroom.
The steep uphill climb to the hotel can be difficult for elderly guests or those with heavy luggage.

Secondly, the rooms were lovely, especially the ones with small balconies overlooking the mountains. Waking up to such a breathtaking view was a treat! Lastly, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our basic amenities were provided for and that our breakfast was enjoyable.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic, with no major issues.
